In this post I will show you how to make a super easy and delicious warm cup of Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate for those cold days.

Christmas season is over but winter is still very much around and that means a hot cup of Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate to warm up is more than welcomed. You won’t need much for this recipe, 6 ingredients is all it takes (including the ingredients for a delicious whipped cream) and about 5mins of your day.

Ingredients
Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ⅔ cup White Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • ¼ cup Icing Sugar
Instructions
Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate
Put all the ingredients into a small pot. Put it over a medium heat and bring it to a simmer while whisking constantly. Whisk until the mixture is hot and the chocolate has fully melted.
Pour into your favorite mug, top it off with whipped cream (see recipe) and a little cinnamon dust and enjoy!
Whipped Cream
Place whipping cream and icing sugar in a mixing bowl and using the whip attachment, whip the ingredients until they reach stiff peaks.
Put the whipped cream in a piping bag or just scoop it on top of the hot chocolate!
Tips
  • Make sure to constantly whisk while warming up the ingredients.
  • Only whip the cream and icing sugar until it reaches stiff peaks, if it is over whipped it will turn into sweet butter.
