If you didn’t try at all quinoa grain or quinoa salad? This is your chance to fall in love with quinoa. This salad is just a 100% of goodness and taste. Very tasty but yet very healthy. What i like about it, it's the most interesting salad I’ve ever had. It is a real joy with every fork in your mouth. Between the different texture of the crisp of the quinoa grain, the softness of chickpeas, The crunch of spinach and onion and finally, the Acid of tomato and lemon juice. Believe me, its a fantasy in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled quinoa
  • 1 cup caned chickpeas
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1 directed tomato
  • Bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
Cut and mix
For the quinoa, Follow the instruction in the packaging. This salad needs 1 cup of boiled quinoa. In a large bowl, put together the quinoa, Chickpeas, diced tomato, chopped onion, parsley and the spinach. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well together, adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve immediately. Enjoy as a lunch at work, or use as a regular salad with other dishes.
Tips
  • If you will not serve the salad immediately, don’t Use the seasoning, reserve for the serving time.
