I started getting challah from our local market, if you've never had it its a very fluffy bread. Its primarily a Jewish bread and has a bit of sweetness to it! Someone gave me the idea to make French toast with it and life has not been the same since!

I start off by mixing egg and milk, cinnamon and pumpkin spice for some fall flavor. I sliced up the load into 1 inch thick slices and dipped each slice into the mixture.

I fried each sized in a greased pan for about 5 minutes until it was golden brown.

You can stop here for some fluffy french toast but I am a fan of breakfast sandwiches so I melted some american cheese, added taylor ham and sunny side eggs!

Now the big question is do you eat this with ketchup or syrup? I went with both!
