Ingredients
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. Salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. cocoa powder
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ t. coffee diluted in 1 tsp. hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ c. oil
  • 1 c. confectioner’s sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. (Leave confectioner's sugar out)
Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well.
Combine dry & wet ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove dough from fridge and roll into balls. Dip in confectioner's sugar.
Place on cookie sheet. Leave enough room between cookies for spreading. I put 12 balls on each cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, until "cracked" on top. Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy!
Tips
  • You can use 1 packet of vanilla sugar in place of vanilla.
