Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. cocoa powder
- 2 t. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ t. coffee diluted in 1 tsp. hot water
- 4 eggs
- ½ c. oil
- 1 c. confectioner’s sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. (Leave confectioner's sugar out)
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well.
- Combine dry & wet ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove dough from fridge and roll into balls. Dip in confectioner's sugar.
- Place on cookie sheet. Leave enough room between cookies for spreading. I put 12 balls on each cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until "cracked" on top. Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy!
Tips
- You can use 1 packet of vanilla sugar in place of vanilla.
