Here is the recipe of decadent, healthy and full of good fat chocolate-cherry bliss balls. Sweet-Tart cherry and chocolate makes the best combination ever!


These bliss balls are super easy to make and they make a perfect snack on the go. Hope you guys enjoy this quick and delicious chocolate cherry recipe!

These Cherry Bliss Balls are made with fresh cherries,almonds and coconut flakes as basic ingredients and sweetened with honey. ypu can use maple syrup or date if you want. This recipe is super versatile, you can make your version of these.

Here i used coconut ghee ,which is 50/50 blend of ghee and coconut oil. You can use just ghee or to make them dairy free you can add just the coconut oil.

Here i just drizzled these bliss balls with some white chocolate and topped with chocolate shavings. To make them even more delicious ,you can fully cover them with chocolate of your choice. you can even use dairy free dark chocolate to get plant based version of these.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cherries
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  • Few drops Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Ghee
  • 1/4 Cup White Chocolate
  • Milk Chocolate Shavings
Instructions

Add everything except milk chocolate and white chocolate in a food processor.
Blend everything well to form a dough like texture.
Add more coconut flakes if the mixture seems to sticky and add more cherries if the mixture seems to dry.
You can adjust the amount of honey (or sweetener of your choice) according to your taste.
Take small portion of the mixture and roll them into small rounds.
I drizzled them with some white chocolate.You can totally skip it or you can also cover the whole rounds with the melted chocolate if you want.
Top with some chocolate shavings or sliced nuts.Chill them in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
They last good in the fridge for 3 days in a air-tight container.Enjoy!
