One of my favorite things about Summer is the fresh fruits and vegetables that are available here in the South. And one of my favorite summertime fruits are peaches. There is just something about biting into a fresh, juicy peach that can not be beat. Peaches are great on their own or as a dessert (peach cobbler anyone), but they also pair well with savory dishes in the summer.

If you love peaches, and are looking for a different way to incorporate them into your diet, look no further. This peach jalapeno jam is the perfect sweet and spicy accompaniment to any grilled chicken, pork or fish recipe this summer. It contains only four main ingredients and comes together in 15 minutes, making it an easy sauce for your favorite dishes.

If you like sweet and spicy combination, this peach jalapeno jam is for you.

Diced peaches and a jalapeno come together with a dash of dry white wine and sugar to create the perfect summertime, savory jam.

After simmering the sauce for about 10 minutes, a beautiful jam starts to form.

This peach jalapeño jam pairs perfectly with grilled pork chops, chicken, and fish.
