Everything Bagel Keto Crackers Recipe

Even before starting my keto journey, I realized it was pretty hard to match a New York bagel… I mean come on, what even comes close to an bagel in general?

Giving up bread was definitely one of the hardest parts of going keto. Pizza, sandwiches… Bagels! I had accepted my fate and resigned to the fact that I’d be giving up my glorious cream cheese breakfast bagels.

Truth be told, being locked down this last year has definitely made me nostalgic for all kinds of travel treats. Looking in my kitchen I thought, how can I make this breakfast icon keto-friendly?

And if you are anything like me, you love a snack with a good crunch. What sounds better than an everything bagel keto cracker? Absolutely nothing when you have a mean craving for a bagel!

I got to work and developed what I believe is the best keto cracker to ever come out of my kitchen. These everything bagel keto crackers with cream cheese are now one of my go-to snacks, and it’s completely keto-friendly!

Everything Bagel Keto Crackers Ingredients

Flour: For this recipe I used 1 cup of Almond Flour. I have not experimented with other substitutes, but if you do, let me know in the comments.

Cheese: All you will need is 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. I like to shred my own, but the pre-shredded bags work great too!

Everything Bagel Seasoning: What is an everything bagel without the seasoning?! I used 2 tablespoons, but if you are really looking for more flavor, add a dash or two more!

Salt: Everything is better with a bit of salt! However, since we’re also using everything bagel seasoning you’ll want to be cautious. I only added an extra ¼ teaspoon of salt to this recipe.

Water: Water will help keep the mixture together and malleable! You just need 1 teaspoon to get the right consistency.

How to make an Everything Bagel Keto Crackers

Preheat your oven. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet. Lin your baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add all ingredients to your food processor or high-speed blender. Blend well until all ingredients are combined.

Roll out dough. Once you have all your ingredients combined, you will want to roll out dough on a sheet of parchment paper on the counter, or any flat surface, until it’s about ¼ inch thick.

Slice dough. Slice the dough into squares, then again into triangles. Although, you can really make your crackers whichever shape you’d like.

Arrange onto parchment paper and bake. Arrange uncooked crackers onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 7 minutes on one side. Flip crackers and bake for an additional 7-9 minutes.

Remove from oven. Remove and place on a cooling rack.

Store. Once the everything bagel keto crackers are completely cooled, you can store them in an airtight container for up to one week.

How many to a serving? 47 carbs is an enormous number. One cracker per serving out of 48 crackers seems reasonable. That is except for me. I'm on 25 carbs max per 24 hours
