Cookie Monster fudge is super cute, fun, and easy to make. This simple fudge recipe is the perfect no bake dessert to share!

One of the reasons I love making fudge recipes is the fact that they’re so easy and there is so much variety. There’s something for everyone…literally. We have everything from maple bacon fudge to traditional chocolate peanut butter all the way back around to cookie dough and a sweet and salty m&m fudge (my personal favorite).

There are fruity flavors, layered fudge, cheesecake swirls, and so many more. Be sure to check them all out after you try this Cookie Monster fudge!

We call this Cookie Monster fudge because it’s blue and has Cookie Monster eyes and chocolate chip cookies…you could make this any color you wanted tho, really. It will taste just as good. If you have a hulk fan in the house you can make it green or whip up a purple batch for the flying purple people eaters!

The possibilities are endless. This is a simple chocolate chip cookie fudge that everyone will really love…no matter what color you decide to make it!

Why do I need to line my pan with parchment paper?

If you’ve never made one of my fudge recipes before you might not understand my obsession with the parchment paper lining in the pan. Honestly it’s a really simple explanation…it pops the fudge out all in one block when it’s chilled.

After the fudge is out of the pan you can easily cut everything into nice even squares. Then you know how many servings, etc. It makes it nice for anyone who needs to keep track of calories, sugar, and fat.

It also makes the Cookie Monster fudge a lot more presentable. You don’t have to dig it out of the pan. It pops out, you chop it into squares, and you can serve it perfectly!

What will I need to make this adorably tasty Cookie Monster fudge?

This recipe might look complicated…because it’s so stinking cute, but really there’s nothing complex happening here. You will ned some white chocolate chips, blue Funfetti frosting, chocolate chip cookies, some candy eyes and a little bit of blue food coloring if you want to really punch up the blue!

That’s all it takes to make your own Cookie Monster fudge at home. There’s nothing tricky or complicated about making this recipe. It comes out great every time. It’s sweet, delicious, and soft set in no time. Everyone will devour this cute little treat.

How to make the easiest Cookie Monster fudge:

The only thing easier than grabbing these ingredients at the store is the process for making this fudge. It’s not a had one and since we’re not really cooking or baking you can also enlist little ones who like to assist in the kitchen. They’ll have a blast adding Cookie Monster to this fudge!

Chop the cookies into small pieces.

Prepare a pan. Line an 8×8 pan with 2 strips of parchment paper. Set aside.

Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring at each stop, until smooth and melted.

Stir in the icing until smooth. Gently fold in most of the cookies and some of the “eyeballs.”

Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth with a spatula.

Top the fudge: Make the full effect happen by purposefully setting sets of eyeballs, and some cookie pieces atop the fudge. Gently press down.

Chill the fudge for at lest 2-3 hours, ideally overnight. Slice and serve. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
