This deliciously sweet and creamy Mango Chia pudding is only 5 ingredients and so healthy. It would be perfect for breakfast or dessert. The beauty of this dessert is that you can enjoy it with Zero Guilt! Chia seeds are higher in OMEGA-3's and fiber, which keeps you full for longer period of time.

The main key to homemade chia pudding is to give the chia seeds atleast 4-5 hours time, to expand and soak in milk. The chia pudding tastes best when chilled for couple of hours.

Here i used regular milk and honey. You can use any milk you prefer and sweetener of your choice. These creamy layers of fresh mango puree, creamy chia pudding and topped with some fresh mango chunks and mixed nuts makes a quick summer breakfast.

Do try this version of chia pudding and let me know in the comments below how it turns out for you guys!
