This creamy and delicious garlic-mint dip is perfect to go with any spicy food or even serve with some fresh veggies and crackers of your choice like I did. This dip is super easy to make and even taste great in sandwiches, wraps and on salads as a healthy dressing alternative.

It tastes so fresh and bursting with fresh mint flavors. This homemade Garlic -Mint dip is the perfect complement to a great variety of appetizers and mains. Healthy & fresh with an ever-so-slight tanginess, you’ll love this dipping sauce!

This recipe is super versatile. Here I added mint leaves but you can add chives, cilantro or any other fresh herb of your choice.

This recipe is healthier than any other dips/sauces because it has plain yogurt as a base instead of mayonnaise or heavy cream. Here i used plain whole milk yogurt you can use greek yogurt or even hung curd for this recipe.

Hope you guys enjoy this summer perfect dip recipe! let me know in the comments your version of this recipe.
