I love eating salmon. It’s such a versatile fish that can be made in so many ways. It is so often on the menu, but again, I never get bored of it. I always take care of searing it on a higher heat for the first half of the minute and then reducing a little. It is important not to overcook it because then it gets dry. I think it is quite meaty and gives you a full stomach when finishing with it.
Today I am bringing you one of my favorite versions, covered in sesame seeds. sesame seeds give such a lovely nutty aroma after frying. Together with some greens, lovely light noodles and a light sauce, it makes a perfect meal. And it is quite a fast one to make too. Enjoy!
