I hope you will love making these frozen treats as I did.There’s nothing like enjoying homemade fruit popsicles on a hot day. Each popsicle I have made has a distinct flavor and texture.

Making homemade fruit popsicles are real fun.....adding fresh fruit, milk and yogurt make them an amazing frozen popsicles. You can combine various fruit and create your own flavours. For texture you can just chop fruits like strawberry, mango, pineapple, watermelon or kiwi to make it look more appealing and yeah you can add few mint leaves too for extra freshness

You can make any fruit popsicle of your choice. These popsicle literally reminds me of my childhood. When we say "No Mama, No Fruits" then my mother make varieties of delicious looking popsicle to make us say "Yes Mama" I want it. She combines varieties of fruits to make it extra scrumptious and I still remember we enjoy It to the fullest.

In summer, my daughter love these fruit popsicle.......so often I make it in large batch and store it. And yeah it's always better to have homemade popsicles.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cup Watermelon Cubes
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Cup Water
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
Instructions

Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth and no lumps. Keep it aside.
Make lemonade by mixing sugar with water until sugar completely dissolved, then add lemon juice.
Put some mint leaves at the bottom of the popsicle molds
Divide the lemonade or watermelon juice between eight popsicle molds, filling them halfway.
Then freeze them for two to three hours.
After 3 hour pour the next batch of lemonade and watermelon juice till the top of the popsicle molds.
Close the popsicle and freeze for overnight.

Tips
  • If watermelon juice is not that sweet then add a tablespoon of sugar and blend.
  • Make your lemonande more or less sweet depending on your taste bud.
  • Mint leaves is optional. I have added for the freshness.
  • Add some chop watermelon to make it look extraordinary.
