A fun twist on the classic chicken wings...

These cauliflower wings are SO delicious. Such a good alternative to chicken wings if you're vegan/plant based or just craving something different! The sauce is so sticky and heavenly, you guys will love it.

You will need fresh cauliflower.

For the batter you will need all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and buttermilk. To make this vegan use dairy-free milk + apple cider vinegar.

For the sauce you will need agave or honey if not vegan, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.

You will need to start by dipping the cauliflower florets into the batter and baking for 10 minutes at a high temperature. I used my air-fryer to cook these so you can too!

You don’t really need much to make this recipe and you can easily use what you already have on hand.

You will need:

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • Airfryer OR oven
  • 1 baking tray lined with parchment paper (if baking in the oven)

For measuring: 1 tsp, 1/2 tbsp, 1 tbsp, 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 1 cup.
