You know those recipes that you just keep going back to, time, and time again? Well, this is one of those!My family has enjoyed this recipe for so many occasions and holidays I cannot even count them! My Green Beans with Lime and Rosemary is the dish that they ask for every single time! I love this tasty recipe because it is easy to transport and bring with you when you’re asked to bring ‘a dish’ to your friends or family’s home.I’m only telling you this because once your family tastes it, they are going to want you to make it for them and deliver it! How about this? This recipe only takes 15 minutes of prep time and about 6 minutes to cook! It’s hard not to love it and you haven’t even tasted it yet! Before I do any cooking, I gather all the ingredients together! Next, I measure out everything and put it in glass bowls like these! This may be my favorite part! Getting everything together before I start allows me to enjoy cooking without any distractions! Everything is right there and ready!

2 lb. Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed1/3 cup Fresh Italian Parsley1 TBSP Snipped Fresh Rosemary2 tsp Finely Shredded Lime Peel1 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice1 Clove Garlic (I always use more) minced2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/3 cup Hazelnuts (toasted or chopped)

Bring a large saucepan of water to boiling. Add 1 tablespoon salt and green beans. Cook green beans until crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes.

Drain and immediately plunge into ice water. Let sit in ice water 3 minutes or until cooled. Drain well and set aside.

In a small bowl combine parsley, rosemary, lime peel and juice, and garlic. Set aside.In a 12-inch skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beans. Cook, stirring occasionally. 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Season with Salt and Pepper.Stir in lime mixture and hazelnuts. Serve with Lime Wedges Serves 8

Instructions
