Fancy Smoked Salmon & Toast

2 Servings
20 min

Let me just say, I've never really "gotten" the whole charcuterie craze...like, why pile your pancakes on a cutting board with bacon and eggs and stuff...won't it all get cold by the time you serve it? Sorry, but I have to be honest! However, they do seem so fun to make, and with this combination, I normally put it out on a dish, or in individual dishes anyway, so I figured, "Why not try it out charcuterie-style?". And as you can see, it was pretty photogenic. The only thing that really can be classified as a "recipe" here, is the homemade whipped cream cheese...and that's just too easy. It's also ESSENTIAL to the flavor profile of this brunch. So keep reading, and get your charcuterie on!
