I topped mine off with some walnuts and maple syrup but the possibilities are endless…you can even add some more sliced bananas, some nice fruits like blueberries, or maybe some honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Bananas
  • 2 pcs Egg
  • ⅓ cup Oats
  • ⅓ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions

Use a fork and crush the bananas until it turns into sort of like a purée.
Add the eggs and whisk it together really well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix it all until fully combined. Don't over mix it.
Warm up a non stick frying pan and put it over medium low heat.
Once the pan is hot, scoop a little bit of batter with a ladle and place it on the hot pan.
Once the bottom is golden brown, the sides are dry and the top is bubbly, it is time to flip.
Once you go through the whole batter, that's it and it is ready to be enjoyed!
Tips
  • Don't mix it too much once you add the dry ingredients.
  • Make sure the pan is hot before adding the batter.
