I love air frying everything potatoes, it gives me a different level of satisfaction to eat those gorgeous crisply golden potatoes fried in a few drops of oil. Making most of mango season with this Indian inspired chaat flavors.

The flavours of this bowl are next level and couldn’t ask more for texture. Weekend or weekday, lunch dinner or snack make it whenever you get a chance and enjoy a bowl of this super easy to make treat.

A little marination of yogurt + spices on potatoes before air frying takes them to another level and I like to keep the skin on for an extra crispy feel. These spices are everyday basics, salt pepper red chili powder and dry mango powder will be such a big plus.

Air fry potatoes for a few minutes, prep veggies of choice and fruits too if you desire. A lime bases dressing with a handful of spices for extra kick of flavors.

Have you tried this with a sweet potato?

Loved the concept .. the lime was a bit overpowering and soaked into the potatoes too much. I think maybe a light drizzle of flavoured oil and a few dashes of lime would suffice
