  • Minced meat (pork/chicken): 100 grams
  • Onion, diced: 1/4 ⠀
  • Egg: 2 pieces ⠀
  • Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Light soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper, powder: To taste⠀
  • Neutral flavoured oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Marinate minced meat with oyster sauce, light soya sauce and black pepper for 10 minutes.⠀⠀
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add diced onions and stir fry until tender. Add marinated minced meat and continue stir frying until cooked. Taste and adjust seasoning. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. ⠀
Rinse pan and dry.
Beat 1 egg lightly. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil to pan and heat over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low. Pour beaten egg to the pan. When the bottom surface of the egg is almost cooked, add half of the cooked meat mixture and spread it over half of its surface.
