Introducing easy Banana Waffles!

I have your weekend AND weekday breakfast covered with these super easy banana waffles! Our family used to always buy store bought frozen waffles. They’re good, but homemade freshly baked waffles are WAY better.

These waffles use simple ingredients and ripe bananas. Once a week I find myself with at least 3-4 ripe bananas. If you’re like me, you’re always looking for a new way to toss some of those ripe bananas into a recipe! This is how this recipe was born.

If you’re looking for a quick, easy and delicious breakfast your whole family will love, give these waffles a try. Oh and they’re vegan :)

If you try them, let me know how they turn out!
