One of the simplest and prettiest treats I have made is this frozen yogurt bark. I have seen a few variations of this and I was immediately inspired to make it for my kiddos. It’s super healthy but at the same time feels like a treat.

The instructions for this couldn’t be simpler, and it’s a great recipe to get the kids involved in. The options for toppings are virtually endless and you can make it as simple or as fancy as you like. I have seen the addition of nuts, chocolate or even sprinkles added to the yogurt.

In this case I decided to keep the yogurt bark super simple and it turned out amazing. I used a vanilla Greek yogurt as the base and topped it with a variety of fresh berries. The bright colored berries makes this healthy treat look so appetizing that even adults won’t be able to resist a second piece.

If you are looking for a refreshing treat this summer why not reach for a piece of this healthy frozen yogurt bark... you might even like it better than ice cream!

Begin by lining a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper. This will make breaking up the yogurt bark much easier.

Spread out an even layer of Greek yogurt about 1/2” thick. For this recipe I used almost a full 750g tub of Greek yogurt.

Once the base is ready it’s time to decorate it! You can go as simple or as fancy as you like here.

I decided to use a variety of fresh berries on this one, because I know my kids will enjoy it the most.

Once you are happy with the toppings, place the tray in the freezer until the yogurt has frozen solid. I chose to leave mine in overnight.

It looks just as pretty frozen as it did when I first put it in. At this point the yogurt is frozen in one giant piece. Lift the whole piece off of the tray and peel away the parchment paper.

Break up the yogurt into smaller chunks and enjoy!

You can store the pieces of yogurt bark in a freezer bag for a convenient easy to grab snack.
