Broccoli is a type of superfood with a good source of fiber and protein. It is excellent in Vitamin C and also rich in antioxidants to support a healthy immunity system. Ingredients

  • – 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • – 2 garlic cloved, minced
  • – 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • – 400g okra
  • – 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
  • – 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • – 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • – 3 tbsp water
Instructions

– Heat oil in a wok until warm, add garlic and sauté for a quick 30 second. Add broccoli and okra and on high heat stir fry for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and continue to cook for another minute.
– Add soy sauce, shaoxing wine and water, cook and stir for another 4-5 minutes until vegetables cook through. Transfer to a serving plate, serve warm and enjoy!
