How to make iced coffee popsicles with just three ingredients. These are delicious and easy to make, and you can make different flavor variations.

These coffee popsicles are a delicious summer treat for adults. They are a substitute for an afternoon coffee, and they are creamy thanks to the milk.

You can make different flavors with the variations in my post. I also have directions on how to make these sugar free or dairy free. Be sure to check out my iced coffee popsicles recipe for more information.

I recommend using cold brew coffee for the best taste. You can use brewed coffee that has been cooled, but cold brew won't be as bitter. I like this silicone popsicle mold to make mine. You can use wooden popsicle sticks in them so you don't have to worry about the little handles getting lost.
