Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder
  • 1 cup raw red skinned peanuts
  • salt to taste
Instructions

🥜Preheat an air fryer to 320F.
🥜Mix olive oil, chaat masala, and chili powder in the air fryer basket. Add peanuts and mix until all the peanuts are evenly coated.
🥜Cook peanuts in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
🥜Then stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
🥜Stir & cook peanuts for 3 additional minutes. Adjust salt & seasoning.
🥜Transfer the peanuts to a paper towel lined pan and let it fully cool.
🥜Store in a airtight container. Enjoy anytime😍
