Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad

As hot weather is approaching, the grills are starting to come out! One fun recipe to make on your outdoor grill or George Foreman grill is grilled romaine caesar salad.

You can make your own Caesar dressing but I used a store-bought version from Trader Joes. This is a fun, quick, healthy recipe to impress your guests with. Feel free to play around to the recipe adding different types of croutons, dressings, protein, etc. Vegetarians can add roasted chickpeas for added protein and non-vegetarians can add shredded chicken.
