March is Women Empowerment Month, so to celebrate I created a new mint flavored cocktail and creating the Mini Women EmpowerMint Bevvie Series :)

The CBD in this mocktail is also totally optional (since it’s flavorless), so if you're not a fan of CBD, you can easily omit it without changing the drink. However, if you've never tried CBD, I highly recommend that you look into it. It helps a lot with anxiety, and 1 to 2 milliliters can really start to relax you.

Just when you think this relaxing, non-alcoholic drink couldn't any get better, it does. It's considered a "Skinny," or low-calorie drink, because I used Sprite Zero in it. Now, I know there are arguments that the fake sweeteners in diet or zero sodas are bad for you, so feel free to swap it out for a lemon/lime sparking water if you'd like to make it a little healthier. Other than that, you're just consuming natural sugars from the blackberries, so this drink has officially been deemed "Guilt Free."

  • 4 Blackberries, muddled
  • 10 Mint Leaves, Muddled
  • 1.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 milliliter CBD Oil (or more if you prefer)
  • 5 oz Sprite Zero
  • Garnish with Blackberries, Lime, and/or Mint Sprigs


Combine all ingredients in a tall collins glass over ice and stir to combine.
Add garnishes
Enjoy and please drink responsibly!


  • To turn this into a cocktail, you can add a shot or two or three of rum (you do you, boo :P)
