I love tzatziki! You will see it feature as a side in a lot of my recipes. I almost always have some in the fridge, ready to be added to a salad plate or a sandwich. It's healthy too, but most importantly it's delicious!
It is essentially a cucumber and yoghurt dip, originally hailing from Greece. i sometimes also make Turkish Cacik, which is very similar but also includes dill in the mixture. I sometime also add a bit of fresh mint or chives if I happen to have some in the fridge.
It's great with kebabs, toasted pita bread, crisps and for dipping in veg. It's a great healthy option and packed full of flavour.
Let me know if you try it!
