This spicy tuna melt on an English muffin is a delicious twist on the classic tuna melt sandwich. Try this easy grilled sandwich for lunch.
This sandwich is made on an English muffin which is a nice change from using bread. But, if you’re all out of English muffins you can certainly use bread instead.
If you want to keep this gluten-free, use gluten-free bread. Or, for a low-carb option, wrap place the tuna and cheese on a plate, warm slightly, and add to endive or large lettuce leaves.
This recipe will make two sandwiches. You can make more or less. Just make up the filling and keep it in the refrigerator to use the next day if you only want one.
