I have tried A LOT of tofu recipes and this is one of my absolute faves. If you are new to cooking with tofu, be warned - it is bland! But I choose to think of it as a blank canvas, ready to soak up whatever flavors you can offer! Most good tofu recipes require a marinade, and this one is no different. In fact, the longer you marinate this tofu, the better it will taste! I like to get it into the marinade and refrigerate early in the morning so it’s ready to go into the oven when I’m ready for lunch or dinner.

For this bowl, I cut the tofu into strips, and paired it with rice, steamed veggies and peanut sauce. But sometimes I cube it and add to noodle bowls, or veggie fried rice. It's very versatile! Original credit for this tofu recipe goes to "Bad Manners Food", but there's nothing bad about any of this!
