If you are looking to make a delicious quick dessert last minute, this is especially good and can be made in less than 20 minutes. This apple cobbler is extremely fluffy with the perfect amount of crunch from the topping. Pairing this dessert with vanilla ice cream is the best combination.

You could make this with peaches or blueberries instead as well. This is not a traditional apple cobbler, but a little more like an apple crisp. This is why I combined the names. You can use a different kind of apple as well, like Gala apples or Golden Delicious, but I prefer the Granny Smith apples.

Make the filling. Place the apples in the instant pot and top with the nutmeg, cinnamon, maple syrup, caramel syrup and water. Stir well.

Make the topping. In a separate bowl, make add the melted butter, sugar, oats, flour, honey grams, and salt. Mix well and pour over the apples.

Pressure cook. Secure the lid and pressure cook on high for 2 minutes. Natural release – do not quick release for this.

Serve. Serve this with vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
