This is another quick and easy recipe filled with flavor.

Tahini is probably the most popular middle eastern spread, it is usually mixed with water, lemon juice, and salt and is eaten with almost anything. In this recipe I use the tahini in its natural form, without any additives or mixture whatsoever. It’s an incredible dressing in its natural form straight from the bottle. And it’s fairly popular here in restaurants as well to use the tahini in its natural state.

In this recipe I season the stir fry of vegetables with the tahini and finish the dish with the perfect egg sliced in half on the top of the dish, and the result is delicious. A bit surprising being how simple the dish, but bursting with flavor.

The egg is cooked for 8 minutes total, no more.

I recommend finishing the dish with toasted sesame seeds, it’s a great dinner meal for anyone who wants a healthy light lunch or dinner.
