How to make a peach berry vitamin C smoothie recipe. This is an easy smoothie recipe full of vitamins to support your immune system.

This uses a packet of Emergen-C powder. I find this smoothie more palatable than mixing the packet with water. I used the orange packet, so I used peach and strawberries.

I also used Greek yogurt, so this is a creamy recipe. You can use fresh or frozen fruit. I also freeze cubes of Greek yogurt so I have it when I want to make this smoothie. You can use other fruits. Emergen-C has several different flavors now, so use the fruit flavors that you like.

Note that this is for kids 14 and older. It also makes two servings, so only drink one per day. Freeze the rest for the next day.
