Homemade Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Valentine's Gifts!
What screams Valentine's day more then chocolate covered strawberries?! And they are SO east to make. This year we decided to wrap them individually and give them out with our little Valentine's
Ghirardelli has meltable chocolate that is so delicious. Melt it in the microwave and stir often as per the directions.
Wash the strawberries and pat them dry well otherwise the chocolate wont go on well when it's wet.
I used cupcake lines for each one so that we can give them out as individual treats!
Before the chocolate hardens (which only takes about a minute) add some sprinkles!
Store in the refrigerator so that they stay fresh.
Now the only problem is handing them all out before you eat them!!
I got those plastic bags that are using for cookies, favors, ect. and placed each strawberry in the bag to wrap and distribute! The neighbors were all big fans
