Mac n cheese is the ultimate comfort food, and what is better than a quick, easy, and delicious mac n cheese recipe? Nothing! This recipe is a super fast gourmet meal made right in the Instant Pot! Made with goat cheese, garlic, and Italian herbs, this dish is full of amazing delectable flavors! Just cook the macaroni right in the Instant Pot, stir in the rest of the ingredients, and viola! You are all done! You can optionally finish this dish was a crispy toasted bread crumb topping. I like it either way!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Macaroni Noodles
  • 4 cups Water
  • 5 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Optional Bread Crumb Topping
  • 1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2-4 tbsp Butter
Instructions

Add the macaroni, water, and one tablespoon of olive oil into the Instant Pot.
Cook on the manual setting for 3 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
Drain the macaroni and set aside.
Press sauté, and add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir till melted and well combined.
Fold in the macaroni.
Bread Crumb Topping
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the bread crumbs, and toast until they are golden brown.
