No Yeast Pizza Dough🍕
A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with histamine intolerance - which for me, as an upcoming chef and food blogger, was an actual nightmare. Fortunately, as time went by, I learned how to live with it and and what was bad or good for my body and digestion. In some ways it actually had a positive effect on me and my diet because I had to learn how to prepare some alternative meals. Pizza, of course, was on the blacklist, so I had to come up with an alternative solution. But the thing: pizza just can't be replaced. Therefore, I created a version, which my body could more easily digest. I truly hope that there are some people who I can help with this recipe.
- 2 pizzas
- Prep time: 15 Minutes|Cook time: 20 Minutes|Total time: 35 Minutes
- Mix all the ingredients, knead for a couple minutes. Let it sit a little bit (about 10 minutes).
- On a floured surface roll it out as much as you can. Bake with tomato sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings on it for about 15 minutes at 200C.
