How to make mocha cappuccino bombs with coffee. These are like hot chocolate bombs, but they have a cappuccino mix recipe inside.

These are made just like a hot chocolate bomb. I used a mocha cappuccino mix inside mine, but you can use your favorited instant powdered coffee mix.

I recommend using chocolate wafers to make hot chocolate bombs or hot cappuccino bombs. I use a Wilton chocolate melting pot to melt my chocolate so it doesn't burn.

To use, place in a mug. Then pour over hot water. The chocolate melts and releases the coffee mix. Then stir and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate wafers or chocolate chips (about 12 ounces)
  • 1 cup mocha cappuccino powdered mix
Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a chocolate melting pot or double boiler.
Spoon some melted chocolate into the mold. Use the back of the spoon or a candy brush to spread the chocolate. Place in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add more chocolate as needed to make sure there are no gaps.
If there are rough edges on your molds carefully melt the excess chocolate on a warm pan. Having flat edges will help your mocha cappuccino bombs look better once you assemble them.
Add 2 tablespoons of mocha cappuccino mix to one half of the sphere. This will make it pretty full and you might have to mound it up.
Warm the other half of the sphere or use melted chocolate on a brush. Then gently press the two halves together. Hold them firmly but gently for 15 seconds. Place back in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Sounds really good, but printed off poorly....skipped lots of the instructions.
