It’s a Sunday, I need something interesting to spicy up my lazy morning mood. What is for breakfast or lunch? Bread? No. Oatmeal? Save for weekdays. What’s the alternative for a healthy breakfast brunch? Here we go. Make a beet, potato mash with egg plate. Cut crab. In half and a nutrient brunch. Literally you need the beat them up in order to make it 😋


Ingredients

Mashed

Preheat pan with salt, pepper, shallot, and oregano flakes

Put mash in the pan cooking

Ingredients

  • 3 Yukon potatoes
  • 1 beet
  • 1Shallot
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano flakes
  • Two eggs
  • Salad
Instructions

Clean potatoes and beet
Cook in instant pot for 15mins
After it cooked take it out and put in cold water then peel the skin off
On a chopping board chop them in pieces and mashed them. I like it trunky so I didn’t mash it smoothly.
Heat a pan , put olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano flakes and heat it until light brown, allowing the great favor come out
Put the mashed potato and beet in height heat for a minute then lowering it to low heat let it cook until light brown each side.
Cook sunny side eggs on a non stick pan.
Wash salad and plate it. Salad as bed, (in here I only use endive, any salad can be alternate. Then mash and the sunny side egg on top.
Tips
  • Beet contain sugar it will easily burn, make sure don’t cook in high heat all the way.
