When baked chicken is done well, it will definitely save the day! I mean c'mon, how else would you like your baked chicken? If you're looking for something tasty, you might wanna try this recipe and let me know how you like it! With just few ingredients, in less than an hour you get to enjoy this oh so delish food!

You can eat it with any sides you want. Here I made some stir-fry broccoli and baked potato (for the husband).

The crispiness and juiciness is just so perfect! Feel free to adjust the amount of ingredients based on how tasty you want it. I'd like a little heat hence the peppers and I just love turmeric but you can omit that if you don't feel like it. You won't taste it anyway!

For the chicken

Preheat oven to 415F. Prepare the baking sheet and line an aluminum foil.
Pat the chicken dry. Drizzle and rub olive oil on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients. Rub the mixture on both sides of chicken.
Place the chicken in the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 50 to 55 minutes. Cooking will vary depends on your oven settings.

For the broccoli

Meanwhile, stir-fry the broccoli. Preheat a skillet olive oil.
Cook the onion, stirring for about 1 minute. Blanch the broccoli for about 30 seconds and toss it in the skillet. Season it with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
