Holiday Eggnog Ice Cream
Anyone else agree that the holidays wouldn’t be complete without eggnog? When I think about holiday food and drinks, eggnog always comes to mind. I always find myself making eggnog pancakes, eggnog french toast, and more during the holiday season. As a child, my dad used to even add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to my eggnog. Our family loves ice cream, so this year I decided to make eggnog ice cream for the holidays! What could be better than ice cream with egg nog for the holidays?!? After a little bit of experimenting, I think we’ve come up with the perfect eggnog recipe!

- Prep time: 15 Minutes|Cook time: 20 Minutes|Total time: 35 Minutes
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together cream and eggnog. Stir in sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Whisk together.
- Pour ingredients into ice cream maker. Turn on and let it mix until ice cream forms like soft serve ice cream.
- Scoop ice cream into freezer container. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours (I usually leave overnight) for ice cream to set.
