Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup of Cheddar Cheese (+ more to sprinkle on top)
  • 1/3 Cup of Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tbsp of Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • Half a box of Barilla Rotini
  • Chives
  • Oregano
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.
Prepare the Barilla Rotini according to the instructions on the box.
Once the noodles are finished, mix all of the above ingredients (except for the chives and noodles) in a large bowl using a hand mixer.
Once this mixture is combined, stir in the noodles and transfer over to a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and oregano and let bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with chopped chives on top.

    When I was younger I loved hot sauce, now not so much. Is there something I can substitute for the hot sauce or maybe tone it down?
