Spinach Casserole

Today I’m sharing our healthy spinach casserole. Our family loves it and it can be baked or put in a slow cooker. You can see more of my crazy creations here

Ingredients needed:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 10 oz packages frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed)
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Optional – chicken


Mix eggs with flour until smooth, add remaining ingredients and stir well to blend. Coat a 2 quart casserole dish with oil. Spoon spinach mixture into prepared dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 75 minutes.

Ingredients

Instructions
