Growing up, I've always loved salads. My mom used to make the best salads and we got into the habit of making them a staple in our home.
I know many people think that salads can be boring but it's not true. Salads can be made in so many different varieties. This one here is one of my absolute favorite salads. It's sweet, packed with vitamins and nutrients and loaded with a ton of fruit and nuts.
This salad is definitely recommended on a hot summer day as it is light, energizing and very refreshing

- In a large mixing bowl add the mixed greens and spinach. Add the dressing and toss the greens.
- Then top up the salad with fruits, nuts, seeds and coconut flakes
Tips
- If you made to much salad, only add dressing on your individual plates to conserve the salad for longer
