Brussels Sprouts Salad
I only recently discovered eating brussels sprouts raw and now I'm hooked!! Here's my current fave salad and dressing recipe.

- Thinly slice your brussels sprouts and chop your apples into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper. Once combined, slowly add oil while whisking.
- In a salad bowl, combine brussels sprouts, apples, walnuts, and cranberries. Toss in your dressing and enjoy!
