There are a number of types of chocolate you can use to make your pretzels. Choose from  Wilton white chocolate candy melts, Merckens white melting chocolate or Ghirardelli white melting wafers for best results. You can also use white chocolate chips. However, in this instance you will need to add an additional ingredient for best results.

To make white chocolate covered pretzels, first melt the chocolate using a microwave, double boiler or chocolate melting pot according the package directions.

Once the chocolate has melted, dip the pretzels into the melted white chocolate one at a time. Then place the white chocolate covered pretzels onto a sheet of parchment paper after dipping.

Allow the chocolate on the pretzels to cool completely. Once the chocolate has cooled and hardened, you can package the pretzels as desired.
