A hot cup of cardamom rose coffee to set the mood right and enjoy the chilly vibe. Well no denial to say as the weather begins to get a little cosy it’s my favourite time of the year and all warms things are enjoyed the most in my house

Feeling special with this cup of coffee purely from the rich flavor of freshly grounded cardamon and a hint of dried edible rose petals.

I never complicate my coffee but these flavors took my coffee experience to another level and it’s all about the feel to cherish.

That pot of milk is lightly spiced and tastes divine, a handful of ingredients is all you need to make yourself a cup of coffee that not just tastes divine but is also an experience to treat your taste buds.

I prefer using freshly crushed cardamon seeds in a mortar and pestle than store bought cardamom powder because it does make a lot of difference in the taste. Plus I feel it therapeutic to crush spices and make use of them in my recipes. Have you tried crushing your spices at home?
