My son Adam had to do a school project in the 5th grade and he came up with his own snickerdoodle recipe. He took a few recipes and combined them and tweaked a few ingredients himself. They turned out great. It is our favorite snickerdoodle recipe to date and that says a lot considering my husband loves snickerdoodles. They are so soft and chewy. We hope that you enjoy them as much as we do. Our family has gotten in the habit of calling them Adam's snickerdoodle cookies so I thought why not share them with you. He keeps his "recipe" in an old school notebook. It is so sweet because it is in his own handwriting and now that he is older it is fun to look back at it. Let me know if you decide to try them!
