This Roasted Butternut Squash and Brussel Sprout Flatbread is the perfect Fall (or winter!) inspired pizza for any night of the week! Homemade pizza dough topped with roasted butternut squash, roasted brussel sprouts, sautéed onions, applewood smoked bacon, and finished with crumbles of goat cheese. It really is the ultimate pizza!


This pizza had an incredible amount of flavor! It was incredible and has basically become my new favorite pizza. I don't always put the bacon on it just because sometimes I don't want any meat.


So, if you're looking for a vegetarian option, just leave off the bacon and this pizza is still just as good!
