During football season it has always been a challenge to find a healthy option to eat with friends. We love to host any event so throughout the years I have perfected my healthy option. My lightened up everything bagel dip. Typically I eat this dip with my sweet potato chips, carrots or celery to keep the healthy trend going. But, I always serve this with crackers or chips for guests to eat.

When friends ask me for the recipe they are always shocked that it is made with greek yogurt. With the small amount of neufchâtel or cream cheese it adds the creamy taste that a dip needs. Since we always have our everything bagel seasoning in the pantry this staple dip is quick to make when we have baked potatoes instead of sour cream and cheese.

The recipe says to let this sit for about 15 minutes before serving but sometimes we end up eating this and slicking the bowl 10 minutes later. But if you have the willpower to wait, put this in the fridge and let it sit. The everything bagel seasoning will pull all of those flavors out for your taste buds to salivate over.

From our kitchen to yours, cheers!
