With all the herbs in my garden, I needed to make a meal that used at least some of the overgrown parsley. So, I decided to do a Turkey Breast London broil with Parsley Rub on a cast iron skillet.

Turkey Breast boneless london broil cut with roasted russet potatoes and broccoli florets. The roasted potatoes were made with olive oil, granulated parsley, salt and pepper. Roasted potatoes (seasoned) on a baking sheet for about 30-40 minutes at 425 degrees.

Fresh parsley used for this parsley rub. Whether you pull it from the garden or buy it at the store, you can easily use a lot of it to make this rub.

Pesto on the turkey breast boneless london broil. This rub is great for chicken as well. It can be cooked on the oven or on the grill.

Tips
  • If you can't find a turkey breast London Broil cut, you can use chicken or turkey breasts. Be sure to adjust how long the cooking time will be.
  • Using a cast-iron pan, you can also add this to the grill instead of the oven if you want.
