I love salmon! It is usually quick to make and does not require too much attention while baking, nor does it require too much preparation in general. I find salmon is a protein source I forget about sometimes, but I usually end up getting so tired of always just eating chicken or beef after awhile and I start to remember to turn back to salmon! I like adding in vegetables to the side of the salmon as well to make this a full and balanced meal, however this recipe will just be focusing on the salmon itself. I hope you enjoy this meal as much as I do.

Ingredients

  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions

Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees F
Put your salmon fillets on the baking sheet
Pour lemon juice over fillets
Season fillets with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Drizzle salmon lightly with olive oil
Put pan in oven and bake until the top of the salmon is golden and is fully cooked
