I love salmon! It is usually quick to make and does not require too much attention while baking, nor does it require too much preparation in general. I find salmon is a protein source I forget about sometimes, but I usually end up getting so tired of always just eating chicken or beef after awhile and I start to remember to turn back to salmon! I like adding in vegetables to the side of the salmon as well to make this a full and balanced meal, however this recipe will just be focusing on the salmon itself. I hope you enjoy this meal as much as I do.
Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees F
- Put your salmon fillets on the baking sheet
- Pour lemon juice over fillets
- Season fillets with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Drizzle salmon lightly with olive oil
- Put pan in oven and bake until the top of the salmon is golden and is fully cooked
