2 Ingredient Berry Chia Jam

1 cup
7 min

It just takes 2 simple ingredients to make this jam. Chia seeds and berries. Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, protein, and antioxidants. Berries are a great source of antioxidants and fiber. 1 cup of berries is 8 grams of fiber and 1/4 cup chia seeds is 12 grams of fiber. Women need 25 grams of fiber per day and men need 38 grams of fiber per day. The average American does not meet even HALF the daily recommended fiber. Increasing your fiber helps reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, etc. It also aids in weight loss if you are on a weight loss journey in 2024!
